Sorry for my late response.... have been away from this forum for a while.
Many thanks for your suggestion, I will keep this in ind fir any future Trials.... have now found a navigator from The Mendip Centre

Land's End Trial
Having recently completed the MCC Exeter Trial (class R) I have now signed up for the Land's End and am looking for a navigator.
It is regional starts for this Trial and will be choosing either Popham Airfield or Cirencester
