Re: 'Holly' Birkett 6-Hour Relay Results Archive

Hopelessly late on this as usual but...Richard is correct, the '3.9 Steps' team of Plus 8's won outright in '87, drivers Bryant, Wells, Raeside and TM-T. I have the results somewhere and the Autosport ad we big-headedly funded! I was there in some general grotter capacity. The following year, at Sil...

Re: Joan Meredith

Being away from the Morgan mainstream these days I had missed the very sad news of Joan's death. She was a wonderful lady and great stalwart of the 4/4 Club and MSCC. Bob, I could give a monkey's whether you fall out with me or not! We have stated our opinions, end of story.
Jim, I put that same idea to "Hamster" whose Aeromax is supposedly due for delivery in September. He seems to think it not a good idea!! :(

Re: Max Mosely

Hi Jim! Yeah, THE Dakar (not this year thanks to terrorists and feeble French government in usual full-retreat mode) Drivers are Nicolas and Dominique GIBON. Vehicle Bowler Wildcat. 18th O/A last year and first non works car home, 4th in class behind 3 works Mitsubishis. It's like racing a Morgan ag...

Re: Max Mosely

Really? I would beg to differ. What Mosley does in his private life might be considered to be his affair where it not for the fact that he is effectively the head and ultimate representative of world motor sport not Bernie's F1 circus. As such, and as with anyone in public life representing others, ...
