Was hoping for someone to have taken out the standard seats in favour of a racing seat long long time ago and having kept them in a dry and dark place....

The quotes for re-upholstering scared me off a bit....

Looking for a pair of black seats for a 1972 Morgan - in good condition. Plus 8 and 4/4 had same seats I think so both are OK. Must be in good condition as they will replace worn out seats and must be from those early/mid 70's-years (as from late seventies they got these bigger seats). Ideas welcome...

Well done Mark, must be an unforgettable experience. Andy, would 50mm's work on a TR engined car?

I run 45mm's - maximum within homologation.

But a friend who races a big Healey was surprised about 50mm's on his Healey.....gained him 3 seconds a lap at Spa.....

So might be an idea for non App K events....

Indeed in Holland, in the hands of Adrian vd Kroft. The car was owned since the eighties by Wim van Steijn (long time Morgan enthusiast here in Holland). Anybody aware of aluminium valve caps for a +4 with TR4 engine? We ordered caps in a large package of parts from TR enterprises but these are steel and we were told aluminium caps are not commonly used.... We use them on other cars and they are an easy win in revs... any experiences? Thanks, Jochem
