Re: Circuit up-date

I was hoping one of he plutocrats among the Challenge fraternity might want a 'Personal Photographer' along side their 'Personal Trainer', 'Driver Coach', and Physio.

Circuit up-date

As you might be aware, MotorSport Vision circuits (Brands Hatch, Cadwell Park, Donington Park, Oulton Park and Snetterton) are in the process of reopening on a gradual basis in line with the government’s phased strategy, and trackdays and testing are now taking place. Please be advised that under th...

Mike Bell

I am sure many here will be saddened to hear that Mike Bell has died recently. Mike had been suffering from cancer, which was not diagnosed until a late stage. A tribute site has been set up on the Ten/Tenths motor sport forum (Tributes) where there are many messages from a multitude of friends and ...

Re: 1985 Morgan Challenge

Diligence brings it's own reward, I have tracked down all of the results from 1985, and can produce a history of the 1985 season, however, I want it to be more than a list of events. I would therefore truly appreciate as many personal anecdotes, memories, stories, etc to make it come alive. No matte...

Re: 1985 Morgan Challenge

Please do Mary, I have to have submitted the article by the 15th, and will need a day or so to get it all together.
It is surprising how little info is available in the public domain.

Thanks,

Bobby.

Re: 1985 Morgan Challenge

If anyone has pictures from the time I could use, they too would be very useful, and credited as appropriate.
Bob.

NB; Before anyone responds. NO I was not taking pictures at that time.

Re: 1985 Morgan Challenge

Thanks for the memory.
Good stuff Jack, I want to use as many personal memories as possible so I will quote you verbatim. Any further thought will be welcome.

1985 Morgan Challenge

Dear Friends, I am currently working on an article to be published in the MOG Magazine on the origins of the Morgan Challenge, which is intended to be spread over the June and July editions. I would like to include as many personal stories as possible, from as many people as possible to ensure an ac...

Re: Coro

I will rush out and buy MOG - maybe I won't... Luckily I receive mine in the post. If you write something for the Challenge web si...

Re: Coro

Alan, F1 MotoGP, Formula E are all going 'virtual', why not organise an on-line series ……………….

Oh! Of course all the kids would win and the elderly look silly …… not a good idea.

Re: Coro

I suspect that the Corona Virus is more scared of Peter R than he is of he virus itself. Being confined to barracks is not too different to my normal life, as a retired gentleman, I have little reason to gad about under normal circumstances, let alone during an official lockdown. Writing for MOG giv...
