Re: How do I? Hire a BIG caravan

We hired such a static caravan when the last house was refurbished in the UK. It was from a specilaist hire company in Wales somehwre but buggered if I can remember the name. I'll try and look through the pics we have for a clue. They delivered to site and collect. Minimu three months hire I think. ...

Classic Motor Show - 2008

The Classic Motor Show is held from 14th to 16th November 2008 at the NEC near Birmingham. See http://www.necclassicmotorshow.com for more info. The MSCC has always had a stand and this year we have a much larger one that unusual (in advance of the 2009 centenary when we hope to have the largest sta...

Re: Morgan Concours?

Glad you took it in the spirit I meant Bob..... avatars are so useful :) Anyway I'm biased as I have just been granted the sole licence for Zymol (www.zymol.com ) products and 'detailing' in Portugal. So polishing cars is about to become a profession (hopefully a profitable one) for me. 8-) Chris......

Albeit not involving allot of speed. However it is possibel to combine the two. On...

Re: Donington to become another concrete jungle?

I think you're right Bob, I also cannot see how they can turn Donington into a GP circuit in 2 years. That would be just about possible if starting in a desert, but in England with all its planning protocols, protest groups, etc it's highly unlikely. The current access to Donington is appalling and...

Re: Donington to become another concrete jungle?

Sorry to be a bit controversial but my own opinion is that it is about time the BGP moved. Having first gone to Silverstone in 1983 I can see an immense change since then to now and I have to say Donnington has changed as well (I remember when there was loads of places to camp in the paddock for ins...

Main choice appears to be either Yokohama A048 o...
