No stone walls there Chris as far as I can remember although I do recall a heart-stopping moment as I got it completely wrong and careered off onto the wet grass. :shock:

I suspect that you'd get more racers at the club sprint if it was held on a track (like Castle Combe or Goodwood) I agree Chris. Nor have I, that's why I don't like to have the goalposts moved again!

I never really got the hang of the old circuit with the Norwich Straight and a hairpin at the end, and they've changed it at least twice since then.

Still as James says, a 24 hour race would provide plenty of practice.
