Re: 2009 Panto - Jack and the Bobstalk

When Jack and Billy woke up, the pit garage looked strange. The sun was shining into part of it, and yet all the rest was quite dark and shady. After stepping over the pile of tyres that Andy "Yoko" Green and Tony "Hoosier" Lees were trying to sell, they realised what the problem...

Re: 2009 Panto - Jack and the Bobstalk

Hold on.... i'm 13 hours ahead of you lot.... From behind the twitching curtains of the quaint little house emerged a funny-looking old man, with a camera and a pair of bicycle clips strung around his neck. “I’m Bob” said the stranger, "Good morning Billy." "Good morning to you,"...

Re: Techniques Trophy - BDC 8th August 2009

Bravo Bob, As usual a succinct and timely report of the Mad Men and their Mogs. I knew having an ace reporter such as yourself as part of the Morgan community would eventually come in useful. Could you manage to commentate live for 24 hours of inane drivel? If so, i'm sure there is a place for you i...

Re: Mog 100 Cheltenham 1-2 August

The first SS is being shipped from NZ for the occasion (Pictured in Miscellany earlier this year) 1 MOG I think. White. Also I met with Burt Hunter at Melvyns Emporium on Friday. He is over from the USA with his Highline SS. Well patinated is a good description - but an original 2 owner matching num...

Re: F1 drivers' championship 2009

I had a Great Aunt who lived in Barnet. The posh end I assume......
She had a house opposite Monken Hadley Golf Course in Old Fold Close. When I was little, my brother and I used to go fishing in the ponds on the green.

Happy days

Thanks for the memories Bob
