Re: IE 9

Talking of which, aren't you glad you didn't know this when you were young(er)? Or perhaps you did? (It may explain Bob's remarkable success with the ladies.)

Re: IE 9

I tried IE9 on a couple of other forums like this and it wouldn't even load them! I put that sortable CAPTCHA (as it is called) in to stop the increasing number of spam registrations at the end of last year, and it was very effective. But as you say it looks as though it doesn't work with IE9. I wil...

Re: MSA Medical and ECG

Seems about right John. Although the Motor Racing Medics site seems to be down (http://www.motorracingmedics.co.uk), the following prices were posted on the GoMotorsport site in November 2010 ( here ). Motor Racing Medics offer medical examinations for MSA licences, stress electrocardiograms, cardio...

Re: A New Year - A New Beginning.

He has mentioned Barami Alloy Wheels in the past so I think he would be happy to exchange. Ah, the famous Barmiarmi wheels - especially effective in the Antipodes running rings around our beleaguered friends in the colonies  . Not to be confused with the more flashy Borrani wheels  A per...

Re: Greeting from the Silent Monks

And when she got to the long hill near Neufchatel-en-Bray she said it looked like a war zone - with cars ...

Re: Hoosier tyres on my +4

Now the car still has it's Hoosier tyres, which were new when I acquired the car a year ago in the US. These are the high profile US vintage racing tyres. You can check exactly how the tyres are by looking at the code on the sidewall (see here ). Worth doing, as sometimes tyres that are 'new' have ...
