FIA HTP - transmission

I am filling in the forms for the HTP on my 1964 SS replica.

Everything clear as mud....

One question remains.... where it regards "transmission" one should fill in the number of theeth per gear in the Moss box. So far so good....

But then the next number to fill in is: "Constant"......

What is that? what should I fill in here?
