Jim Tucker Trophy

Post by Jochem Kentgens »

At Spa some of you mentioned the Jim Tucker Trophy somewhere end of August. Would like to come over to take part..!

What is the date and do I remember correctly that it was at Brands Hatch?

Any details welcome...is it a Friday-Sunday event etc?

Thanks, jochem

Ideas very welcome!!

See you all there, jochem

Hi all,

I will arrive Sunday late afternoon... more people arriving Sunday? Will we be allowed in the paddock?

And has anyone seen an entry list?

Looking forward...only a few things to do on the car before we are ready....;-)

Hi Jochem, there is another 2-day race meeting on the Saturday and Sunday and I doubt that anyone will be allowed on site until around 6pm. I suggest you email Tony Oliver to find out more. You will be able to email him via this page:
http://www.mscc.uk.com/whoswho.html

As we live only 50 minutes away we will drive down on Sunday morning.

Look forward to seeing you then.

Hi Mary

At the risk of being called pedantic, did you mean that you would drive down on Monday morning!

Looking forward to the meeting.

Looks like the last race finishes just after 6.00 I would imagine that we won't be allowed in until after that on Sunday

You know what these old Plus 8s are like Alan - we need to have plenty of time in hand!

Maybe we could take a chance and start our journey early on Monday...

Supp. Regs Para 27 entry from 21.15, so when anyone entered the meeting the information was clear

Suspect we will be allowed in to the outer paddock from about 18.00 but will only get access to the garages from about 21.00 as they will wait until all the BARC meeting folks have left

Also high vehicles(some vans and all motorhomes) will have to enter the paddock via the circuit gate and NOT via the tunnel(s)

This will also impact upon leaving as the circuit gate will not open until after the last race
