It didn't sell Peter - but you can "Buy It Now' for around £75,000.

A darn site cheaper than Lady Di's Ford Escort which was virtually ten times dearer!

Cheers,

Mark

the plus 4 plus appeared well presented. The interest would have been a benchmark price for a non factory car. The owner came to an unfortunate end. However, the car will inevitably be on the market again.
Many models failed to sell.
Had I the means I would have coveted the works Elite and a stunning Jag 150 (my preference over the overly hyped E type)
ps
I presume Camilla or Himself was not bidding on the Escort , but how did it reach the price
?rgards to all
pps
As ever fine to meet all at Silverstone
