Model Morgans

While forced into a garden centre recently I noticed that there were two different Morgan 'ornaments' on sale. One was a dark green tinplate +8 (I guess) about 10" long and fairly detailed, cost £34.99, and a smaller solid cast model, also +8 about 6" long and of 'chrome' appearance, very heavy and priced at £29.99.
The centre is about 1/4 mile from the M1 junction at Toddington in Bedfordshire. The smaller of the two might make a nice award if mounted on a plinth.

Dearest Mary,
The rather stilted prose was intended to ensure that my attempts to draw the attention of forum members to the source of items that may (or may not) be of interest to Morgan afficionados, was not taken as advertising or, indeed, as any sort of endorsement of the products referred to in my missive.
A gentleman in my position, with such a high public profile has to be very careful not to breach any of societies customs or mores when issuing communications that mention specific products or outlets, for fear of unduly influencing peoples opinions, or even their purchasing decisions.

Upon returning to some of the more general items contained within the files of BHP, I will, no doubt adopt the waggish, nay even roguish persona so beloved of my many fans and admirers on this site.
