Another insightful observation from the 'Sage of Pillerton Priors'.

When I was but a lad, before America was discovered, any self-respecting sports car sported Borrani wire wheels, De Dion rear suspension and a twin overhead camshaft engine. This way we knew it was a 'proper racer', and often came with a twin tube chassis

Luckily I can do my own repairs ..
Jack, This begs the question, how is Sally on DIY? After all if you save on 'racing expenses' by doing your own repairs, surely Sally should be slating roofs, installing baths, laying sewers and generally keeping herself occupied industriously around Bellinger Manor.
If this is the case and you find she has time on her hands .... well Judy is none to clever with Black & Decker, ladders and paint brush.

I know you are not into wife swapping, but she makes a mean apple pie. Give it some thought, this is all about exchanging things ... isn't it?
