Be warned the notion of a Christmas Panto has been raised.

Leigh, I am surprised by your lack of enthusiasm. As a long-standing thespian during the festive season you should enter into this with gusto!Perhaps it could be lowered again ?
I hear that you will be making a guest appearance - playing the back end of a cow at the dinner on Saturday.

Mary,
Based on the last few years the interest in participating in a Panto, has been fairly dire, and one wonders if it is worth making an effort, at least in producing a traditional tale.
Maybe we should consider writing a modern classic that will resonate with the membership here. Something relevant to todays society might spark the creative juices of the normally somnolent Morgan driver.
A saga based on democracy of the proletariat could just take off.
I have in mind a story of elections causing consternation in the hierarchy, and upsetting the establishment, something that will exercise the choler of Remainers, and Clintonites, bring out the best in Trumpets and Leavers
