Hammer price £17800 i.e. be4 Auction fees
At another Bonhams Auction today from the National Motorcycle Museum collection a pristine c.1934 Morgan MX2 Super Sports Roadster reached £32000, and a Brough Superioe sold for £240000. Ah the old throb between the legs (Brough)

Commission in buying (Mathewsons) and selling (Bonhams) will not have made him a fortune. he may have even incurred a loss.

Been talking to the current owner and its quite an interesting car.
Left the factory with an aluminium body and 1098cc engine.
Look out for it at VSCC events.
