Just noticed you already posted dates , when do you need commitment John?

First date to get 10 firm yeses wins:

On 17th the circuit can do 1.00 pm or 3.00pm, presume 1.00pm better since earlier finish and get home in light.
Alternatively 1.30pm on the 10th of March.

I can book on credit card if we can get 10 people, and folks can pay me back on the day.
