Re: A nice drop of Cognac.
Tony,
Am I correct in thinking that you own this car, which is one of my all-time favourites? If so, when did you get it- I have probably got some shots of you driving it.
Cheers,
Pete.

Hi Pete,
Yes I am the lucky owner. Bought it at Prescott in 2010.
Being a vain racing driver I'd love to see some pics
Cheers, Tony

Do keep up Taylor, surely you have followed this car on other forums of our acquaintance? I will let you have a few images of Tony and his Tipple for your records, you might as well have some really good ones to go with your own efforts. Meeow!!Peter Taylor wrote:Tony,

Pete, it occurs to me that this subject might have been better headed, 'A Nice Shot of Cognac' thereby combining the Photographic and Spirituous elements of your post in a much more apposite header.
Just a thought.
They are very nice pictures though.
It also occurs to me that these Morgan Racers now have the perfect combination in photographic coverage, you never venturing as far south as Silverstone and me never daring to go much beyond it, between us we can cover most events, meeting up at Donington on occasion in a sort of no-man's land!
I do not expect much recognition for our combined activities, however, but we must bear with it, decent, honest folk that we are.
Cheers,
The Great Leader.

Bob – if you want to see a pretty picture - next time your are browsing the magazines in the shop open Classic Cars (Jan 2013 just issued) and turn to page 90
Not sure if it is pornographic as they seem to sell it in a plastic bag so you cant look at it – in which case you can also examine the front cover bottom right corner with a magnifying glass

Re: A nice drop of Cognac.
Leigh, are we talking about a certain Morgan in full flow in the hands of a certain Richard, by any chance?
If so we can all thank the inestimable Mary Lindsay.

Hi Pete,
Have you got any more pics from the days of Ron Footitt and Freddie Giles?
Cheers, Tony
