iphone camera fixing on race cars

Post by Jonathan Edwards »

Now I'm in the posession of a lovely iphone5 with Harry's lap timer app, I'm seeking tips on where to mount it on the race car (Aero screen only) and how others may have overcome the rain / stone damage issue?
Is there an MSA guideline on mountings (camera!), or is a length of Velco as technical as it gets?
Cheers,
Jonathan

depends on how much you value your iphone

Tony,

Fantastic! Love it! Just watched you racing at Spa in the Lola T70. I remember you passing me at almost the same spot as the blue T70 spider that overtook you!

Only 2 weeks to go and I will be back there.

Can't wait...

Cheers

I loved it too. Sadly I was a tad slow, but it was still absolutely bloddy fantastic!
Wish I was there this year but work gets in the way.
Have fun.
