I’ll have two. Are the film rights sold ?
‘Prudence Fawcett, a pretty young society lady’- would that be played by Jack B in a frock ?
(Sorry – this isn’t the panto column)

Re: New Morgan Book Celebrates 75th Anniversary
If all goes to plan (return trip to printers in Exeter on a Friday afternoon!!) I will be at VSCC SiIverstone from noon on Saturday (20th) and all day Sunday (21st) armed with copies of my book .
I will be based in the Owner Driver Mechanic pre war sports car hospitality tent in the old paddock which I believe will be next to the pre war AMOC lot. Anyone that pre ordered their copy can pick it up from me.
Looking forward to seeing everyone.
cheers

Re: New Morgan Book Celebrates 75th Anniversary Buy Now
Phew....well after a quick run to Exeter, I now have the book in my mits. If anyone wants to buy the book then my website is now live please see
http://www.morganadventure.co.uk
I took the book to Silverstone over the weekend and received a very good response....well I would say that...but really there was!
The web site also has a space for comments so apart from posting reviews here I would be grateful for any on the book's site. Please let me know if you have any difficulty with any of the site.
I am planning to be at the Donington Historic Festival on the 4th/5th May and the Mog race meeting on the 19th May, again at Donington so anyone wanting to save on the postage costs can pick one up there.
cheers

Hi John,
Thanks for dropping the book off at Silverstone at the weekend.
I have read it (well, nearly as I was a tad busy with water in my cylinders).
Excellent book but I can't find my name in it anywhere....
Yours Tony Prudence Lees.

Re: New Morgan Book Celebrates 75th Anniversary Buy Now
I am holding a number of books for those that pre ordered which I will take with me to the Mog race at Donington. Currently on the list are:
Brian Gateson
Andy Green
Richard Plant
Peter Rafter
Leigh Sebba
Charles Neale
Mark Shears? (not sure whether you wanted one Mark?)
Jim Mountain (if not picked up beforehand from my house)
If anyone else would like to reserve a copy please let me know. The P&P is quite expensive and I am a bit bored with wrapping books! so pick up at Donington is a double win.
Demand has been very good and I have sold over 1/3rd of the print run in 10 days so please register your interest if you're thinking of buying one either here or drop me a note at
MorganAdventure@talktalk.net
or even visit the web site

One for me please John, to collect at Donington
Morgan Club Sport. The only way to drive to and from races!
Re: New Morgan Book Celebrates 75th Anniversary Buy Now
Don't forget me either please. I'm over for Goodwood FoS so will arrange a convenient collection point - assuming that you are not doing a book signing at the Festival
Cheers

Hi John,
It goes without saying! Yes of course I would like a copy and I will collect it from you at Donington.
I will be very disappointed if you haven't signed it for me as I expect everyone else has had their copies signed!
See you there.
Cheers
Mark

NOT EVERYONE get's a signed copy Mark!
I confidently expect my copy will increase in value as the only unsigned copy in the world.
