+8 manifolds

Post by Bruce Stapleton »

Does anyone have use for a pair of +8 exhaust manifolds and downpipes of early eighties vintage? Old but serviceable. For collection near Cheltenham or other arrangement.

I have a pair of early +8 Moss box Manifolds (cast iron ) with some fairly new stainless down pipes and balance pipe the ones that go through the chassis . But when I fitted them to Gizzard I had to re cut the holes in the chassis and weld up the old holes
Although I was assured that they were correct and would fit !!!!!!

So you would probably have to try them first

if you want ppm me with an address I can send them

Hi Tim,
They are tubular-standard +8 from that era exiting through the wing valence.

Thanks Bruce,
It's possible I will have a use for them in the future so I may as well be the new custodian.
Can I collect them on Sunday 2nd November on may way back to Dorset from Leicestershire?

Regards, Tim.

Sorry Bruce,

Haven't received your PM. I've recently changed one of my email addresses so would you mind re-sending it to: newelms@btconnect.com

Thanks, Tim.
