If I did not insult Mary on a regular basis she would think I did not love any more, she is probably a little jealous that I did an interview with Jack* on the weekend and she missed out.

Good Morning Mary,
I hope you are well, although you are asking for a lot of explanations for a Saturday morning.

I plan to put out an item on the 2CV's next Friday, and send copies to a few other local stations and hope they use it. If I include details of some of their local drivers there is a fair chance it can get some coverage for the event.

I will send a copy to Radio Essex and mention your name, unless you object; 'Lady Racer ~drives 'Wild Thing' in 24 Hour Race'

Of course I would not really insult you - just joshing!

I have sent an e-mail to the Club requesting details of local drivers from the various areas I will send CDs to.

I suggest that individual drivers contact their local radio sports desk and pass on details of their involvement and offer to do an interview. Some will probably take an interest.
