TR engined +4 wanted

Post by Jochem Kentgens »

Hello to all, my name is Jochen Kentgens, and I live in Amsterdam. I am new on this Forum but I am hooked to Morgan for many years already. I currently drive a '71 4/4 road rally car. Now however looking for a '60 to '65 Morgan +4.

My plan is to eventually use the car for historic racing but my budget does not allow buying a professional full race prepared +4 super car. Therefore, looking for a good road car that i can prepare myself step by step over the years, while driving it on the road and/or track. Best would be a fast road going +4 that already has some modifcations, or maybe an abandoned restoration that needs last finish.

All ideas and suggestions welcome!!

Ah, so they do exist!!

Sorry for cutting the line in the queue Mr. Green.....

I now found a 1961 car that makes a very solid basis for a racer. My thanks to Andy Garlick who arranged viewing the car in the USA. Thank you all for your off line assistance and kindly offered help. Will hopefully see some of you on the track somewhere over the next racing seasons.

Let us know how you get on Jochem - and when you get out on track with it.
