Halfway through the season now, and I hope we are all dreaming of lifting a trophy at the various Awards Dinners later this year. Speaking of which, if you are the current holder of a Club Trophy: Please ensure it is engraved with your name. If the trophy is damaged, would you please arrange to return it to me, ASAP,so that I can have it properly repaired. For instance, The Cotswold Trophy is currently in the, ... erm body shop I suppose you could call it. At the Awards Dinner in Malvern earlier this year, we had an amazing turnout of winners to be re-presented with their awards. Please help me to try and break this record in 2009, by putting the Awards Dinner date in your diary, I hope to have at least two places reserved for every cup winner for a few weeks again.. when the season closes. There will be a very special person presenting the awards in 2009, the date is already in her diary. Be there!
