At the risk of upsetting the die hard Morgan owners amongst the members of the site.
Is there someone out there, who may have for sale a hardtop for a 1993 Plus 4 ?
Alternatively, perhaps someone may have details of where I may locate a manufacturer.
Thanks
Allan

Try Vic Champness at Black Phey. His contact details are in the club magazine. I have just ordered a Lawrencetune style hard top from him for my 1965 Plus 4.

Hi Allan,
I think you will find one of Vics' hardtops too narrow for your more modern Plus 4. Dave Rutherford used to make all the hardtops for the more modern Morgans but as you may know he is no longer trading.
However Sid Watson has taken over all his old stock and most importantly all the moulds.
Give him a ring on 01354 658260
You will find him very helpful.
Cheers

Re: WANTED Hardtop for 1993 Plus 4
Thanks to Mark and Mark for the information.
I understand from Mr Champness that the Dave Rutherford " Hardtop " mould was sold to Matthais Kreyes ( Germany ).
Sid Watson has the other body part moulds, but regretably not those for a top.
I am trying to contact Matthais Kreyes, however I have a feeling that the cost may now be on the high side, due to the current pound sterling to the Euro rate.
I am still hoping that perhaps someone who does not use their car much, may have a hardtop surplus to their requirement. Any such top will be given a good home on my Plus 4.

Allan, you could always borrow one and ask Vic if he could make a mould. He has a friend known affectionately as "Fibreglass Sid" who might be able to help!
