The heritage series has a 45 minute race supporting the Formula ford festival

I'm not in that race but I'll be there from Friday as the Fiesta series is supporting the Formula Fords at that meeting.

Thanks Mary!

It's a one-make series so it's very close but I'm getting the hang of it now, done about 8 races this year. I've had a third and a couple of fourths in the class. I got a mention on Motors TV last Friday, the series is covered on "Race and Rally UK"

We were planning a Birkett entry but as it's the weekend after FFF (last round of the season) we weren't sure we'd have enough cars in one piece! So we're looking at doing something like a Britcar race next year instead. Some of the other Fiestas have entered and done OK.

Well done Charles! It sounds like terrific fun and close racing too, maybe I should have a word with young John about borrowing his Fiesta...........
