ECU

Does anyone have a spare ECU kicking around for a 2 litre Rover M16 engine which i could borrow? Part numbers AUU1070 and AUU1064.
I had them tested a few years back and they both passed, though still there is an intermittent fault with a high/erractic base idle speed.
Ideally I would like to borrow component parts and see if that solves my problem, if that's the case then I would then purchase a reconditioned unit from lucas or similar supplier.
Any help greatly appreciated.
