Richard Plant Porsche Racer?

I recently received a press release about Richard Plant racing in the Porsche Carrera Cup series in 2011.
After I recovered from the shock I read on and discovered that the chap in question is just 21 years old!
So the question is; Is this 'our' Richard Plant or an impostor?
I really need to know.
