1700cc Ford cross flow engine.
120 BHP @ flywheel, nice idle, great for road or track.
Spec as follows,
Ford 711M block
Steel front pully
Lightweight flywheel (5kgs less than standard)
AP Racing clutch
Fuel pump blanking plate
PCV breather valve removed
High pressure, high flow oil pump
+ 90 thow pistons
Piper 285 camshaft
Steel rocker posts
Steel rocker spacers (replace springs)
Alloy rocker cover
Ported head with increased valve size (Specalized Engines stage 3)
Unleaded valve seats
Aldon distributor
Duplex adjustable timing pully
Duplex timing chain
Oil cooler sandwich plate
New water pump
Race head gasket
Librands exhaust manifold
82 degree thermostat
Silicone breather pipes
Fully balanced con rods, pistions, crankshaft, flywheel, clutch and front pully
Supplied with twin Weber 40 DCOE carbs, set up on rolling road for this engine, (no throttle linkage).
Inlet manifold.
Angle plate to lift carbs over wing so no modification to the wing is required.
Webcon air filter gauzes Altenator and belt
Sandwich plate between gearbox and engine
Only run for 12 races, only run on Millers oil .
