WANTED fixed back sports seats

Post by Mary Lindsay »

I am looking for fixed back sports seats to replace the folding/reclining ones in our 1998 2-seater 4/4.
Preferably in black and I don't mind vinyl.
Does anyone out there have any for sale?

If you want a new pair of Supersports type bucket seats suitable for your car Mary let me know.

They are untrimmed so could be vinyl or leather. (The real cost is in the labour rather than the material.)

Cheers

That's kind Mark, thank you.
The problem with bucket seats is that they are generally not adjustable so can only accommodate one height of driver.
As three of us will be driving the car on the road, it is going to be difficult if the seats are not adjustable.

Mary, if all three of you are going to drive you may find it more comfortable to have a bench seat - that way one of you can work the pedals, one the gearstick and the third do the steering ! ? ! ? #-o

Tim, I hadn't thought of that, it's good to know that I have a Morgan expert available to advise on these matters.

if it were a 4 seater , perhaps Tim could sit in the back wearing a monocle and long leather greatcoat , sporting a toothbrush moustache , and looking strangely mysterious and ... and....

Now Peter, you're just being silly, a toothbrush moustache simply wouldn't suit Tim
