Zanvoort

Post by Sharlie Goddard »

Heads up all I have just spent half an hour trying to book Philip and myself on the ferry across to hook of Holland for the Zanvoort weekend and it's already very full. If you haven't booked already I advise you to get a move on.

I would be very grateful if any of the UK Morgan racers would be willing and able to take a pair of early +8 seats that I bought from Bruce Stapleton and that are in Chas' garage....

I understand Chas is not coming to Zandvoort himself unfortunately... so if anyone lives closeby or will visit Chas on beforehand anyway.....

Cold Heinekens at Zandvoort in return...;-)

Cheers, Jochem

If Chas can find a way of putting them in my +8 then I would be more than happy to do so. Sadly I will not have enough room in the tow car.

Does anyone have a timetable for Morgan testing/qualifying/races and any other related activities at Zandvoort? :?:

Simon

Testing Friday, racing Sat and Sunday. It's a bank holiday in UK and Holland on the Monday!

I might have a tonneau cover that may interest you!

We can take them for you. Can you get the seats to the Snetterton testing day ? We have plenty of room in the motorhome :)

Mary

Detail came from the HARC website for the race days and word of mouth from MMC for the testing.

I seem to have lost (thrown out  ) all information that came with my licence, what extra document do I need to race in Europe and who can I get it from?

I would give the MSA a ring, they are usually quite helpful.
There was a document that they enclosed with the licence advising you to keep it with your licence….

Mary

the MSA have e-mailed me a PDF letter regarding competing abroad. It basically says we don't need any authorisation, but we can show the pdf if we are not believed!

Apparently my letter was e-mailed not posted, either way I lost it!

Unfortunately this site doesn't allow me to attach a pdf, I could forward it to you for the website? "The extension pdf is not allowed."
