Hi all,

The 23rd January is good for me too...

The only reason I am late posting is because one of our usual number is away on holiday and I was waiting for his return to see if he had a preference.

Cheers

Mark

Hi All,
For the first time it looks like I'm going to struggle to make it this January so please don't wait for me. If you make a date I will try and work around things but I know I can't make the 23rd as I'm working abroad then
Cheers,
Richard

23rd Jan works for me. If this is the date we're going with (shame you'll not be able to make it Richard!) then I can let the Leathern Bottle know. Maybe given the notice they can setup a satellite link to Oz for John. Alternatively, we invite Kevin Bacon along too as it seems he never has a problem with a good EE signal whereas I'll be lucky to get a single bar on EE.

Simon, do you often frequent Singles Bars?

You can explain all on the 23rd.

In order that I may have someone to talk to I have mentioned this meet to a couple of fellow photographers who will be working for MOG this season. Chris Dicken some of you will already have met, and Peter Olley, who is due to cover the Castle Combe round of the Challenge, and some of the Silverstone races. I am sure you will make us all welcome ........ won't you?

Hi All,

I spoke with the landlady at the Leathern Bottle and she's happy to have us all back (including media types/paps!) once again. Same bar as previous years. See you on the 23rd.

Simon

Hi Mark et Al

Sadly, due to an unforeseen family commitment, I will not be able to be present at the Leatherne Bottle this coming Saturday.
I trust that you will have an enjoyable few hours, and I hope to catch up with you in 2016.

All the best

Alan

A small but select group made it to rural Oxfordshire for this event, a mere six Morgan men and a couple of paparazzi making for something less than a crowd. Still the company was convivial and the chatter filled the time very nicely. Mark and Phil. made it from the Midlands, Simon's King and Gurney graced the establishment with their presence along with Leigh and Roger Bonsall, resplendent in a fetching maroon outfit. New to the affair was Peter Olley, come to meet a few drivers prior to his covering of the Castle Combe round of the Challenge for the Morgan press.

Small was comfortable, and I think we all were glad we came, but should the exercise be repeated in 2017 let us hope that a few more can find their way to Lewknor.

Thanks chaps I look forward to seeing all around this season.

Bob.
