Hi
Actually if you have not yet printed a ticket you can forward the email to someone and they can print off
Indeed you(or someone else) can actually print the same ticket many times, but once the ticket has been scanned at Snet if the same ticket is presented it will not be allowed as valid
So Philip just needs to forward the email to Bob, clarify which ticket (1 or 2) he is using and Bob print off the other and go to Snet
The MSVR/MGCC system also knows when you have printed the ticket off!
