Morgan Historic Register 23th of May Goodwood

Dear All,
The 23th of May is the day that Brands Hatch Morgans organize their Annual Track Day. The Morgan Historic Register is invited, like last year and in 2005. In 2005 we organised A Tribute to Chris Lawrence.
But, next year we, the MHR has in mind to repeat this but with another title: "60 Years Lawrence Tune". Maybe "60 years" is an usual celebration moment........ If we wait longer, the people who were involved with this "interesting" Company, are no longer with us. To be honest, from my personal view, I am getting older as well.......... So, for me this is the last time I like to do this.
In cooperation with Peter Dodds, one of LT's old employees, I have made an invitation list. Made already a start with the invitations. At the moment I have 10 (!!) people from the past, some racing drivers and old employees who agreed to come. I don't give up and hope that many more like to come.
For those who own an older Morgan, doesn't matter if the car is Registered or not, please, let me know if you like to come to this day. All Morgans or other Lawrence Tune related cars are very welcome. Even the look a likes, and everybody who is interested, please, come to Goodwood. With some luck we can park the older Morgans, like this year, in the old pits and the paddocks nearby.
This is maybe the last opportunity to meet and talk with those people who made the history. Did you ever spoke with Len Bridge? He was one of the technicians who kept a sharp eye on "TOK" during Le Mans in 1961 and specific in 1962. Have you ever met Richard Shepherd Barron? Well, he promised me to come!
I hope to get the owner of one of the first ever built Aero8's. The owner of a Monica Saloon car promised to come. If you compare both cars under the skin, you should see who designed the front and rear suspension of those cars.
If you know someone who owns for example a Deep Sanderson sports car, type 301 or 302, please, ask him to come. With some luck the owners of a Deep Sanderson Formula Junior pops up, or what do you think about the "famous" Twinnie.
Any way, please, write the 23th of May in your agenda. Let me know if you like to come. We can have lunch in The Old Control Tower. The lady who runs the business must be informed about how people she can expect.
During the "brake" in lunchtime there is a very nice period to make photos if all the cars are parked on "the straight". After that there is time to do 1 or 2 laps on this famous circuit.
Many thanks to Brand Hatch Morgans!!!!
Best regards,
