KUT 808

A previous owner has asked for my help in tracking down his old +4 Drop Head Coupe KUT 808 - Do you know where it is ?

DVLA have it as a Morgan - White - Not Taxed or MOT'd - Last V5C (Tax Reminder) issued September 2005.

It's not on the MHR Register, and I'll check with Gil Bevan the MSCC Membership Secretary. Of course it may have gone abroad.

I'll try and get a photograph and Chassis Number.

Gill runs a "Where are they now" column in Miscellany, it might be worth asking her to include it when you get a photo and chassis number.

Hi All
We have a 'where are they now' topic on this very forum where I found you in 2014 when my name was cropping up frequently!

...and it's all the better for having you here Alan !

The original Topic was looking for certain 'racing' +4s inside the 4 Cylinder Topic - the idea here is you start a new Topic for the particular car you are looking for (regardless of the model) and don't have to wade through lots and lots of replies to find what you're looking for.

Thanks for your posts though :)

Good evening Andy,
I have posted on this forum only occasionally in the past but I do visit regularly and read the various posts. I think it is a great idea to have MHR as part of this forum and hopefully it will stimulate interest.
No doubt Machiel Kalf will be making mention of this forum in his monthly Miscellany slot so that other MHR members will become aware.
On the matter of KUT 808 there is indeed an Export Marker on it.
All the best,
Eddie Singleton.

Thanks Eddie,

Yes, I read most of the posts on BHP and have seen your various comments, please stick around !
Thanks for the hint on the Export marker I had never noticed it on the DVLA display.
I have already written and submitted the text for Miscellany via Machiel.

Hallo,

I just received the message that this DHC KUT 808 was in a German Auction. Have no idea if the car was sold.

Machiel.

Lovely period photo...

Do we know what year the DHC is?

Cheers
