Scrolling through the requisite medical forms accompanying both the normal UK drivers and the MSUK racing licence renewals I only wish my learned medical practitioner had the wisdom of the noted US doctor who reportedly penned this wonderful submission in support of a visa application to the USA in the 1930’s.
“This is to certify that the post -accident convalescence of the Rt. Hon. Winston S. Churchill necessitates the use of alcohol spirits especially at meal times. The quantity is naturally indefinite but the minimum requirements should be 250 cc”
