SPA 2007 - Downhill!

Like many drivers at SPA I struggle with Eau Rouge.
Try this! (if you dare)
Apologies for poor quality...

I may be mad but not that mad. It takes a teenager (or in this case two) to go down eau rouge ;-)
Mind you, there was an incentive; a certain famous +4 driver did bet the boys a fiver they would be too scared to do it...

It's a botty clincher going up - so what it must be like going down on a longboard beggars belief!!!

Respect!

Given your camera skills I think you really should have got closer - next time you must go down holding the camera so we can all share the experience (perhaps tape the Oregon camera thingy to your forehead...)

Jon,

This is the most superb link to hundreds of pictures taken at Spa. I have spent nearly all day looking at them! Fantastic! (Fortuneately I am on good terms with the boss!).

There are some great pix of us Morgan boys - especially my mate Richard Plant who generously allowed me to share his race car and is one of the subjects of the very evocative write up of the race by Phil James (aka Boss Cerbera).See pages 3,4,5,8 & 10

I can thoroughly recommend the link to anyone who wants to get the real flavour of Spa this year. And if you weren't there, as you will see,you really missed something!

Many Thanks,

Cheers,

Mark

A red Morgan made a bid for the inside line and drew alongside me. "Not so fast sunshine...."

So Mark is that you in close proximity to Healey and Jaguar ?? Or is it Richard ? (Picture on Page 5)

Yes great photos – although none of the crazy golf

No worries - hopefully I'll do it in something fast and reliable soon.
