[quote="Mark Shears"]Hi Andy,

That's Tuesday 30th December at The Leathern Bottle.

OK for me. I'll see if I can get a response from Jonathon.

Good morning 'Angels',

Although the thought of signing myself up for a boozy lunch on 30th Dec makes me feel quite ill on account of the gargantuan hangover I am currently sporting, it would be fabulous to catch up with you all. I'm in.

Now, if any of you are in the Holborn area with a fist full of asprin/alka seltzer please come to my rescue.... Yo Ho Ho and all that.

Tuesday 30th December it is then - looking forward to it.

The Leathern Bottle does not take bookings (hooray) so just turn up from 12.00 noon. All sorts of nosh available and Brakespears (hooray again).

Please bring along your CL Trophy, Jonathon, so we can all unashamedly, show our jealousy.

All +4 racing types and those with +4 aspirations very welcome.

I love it when a plan comes together!

I'm sure it will be OK for Richard.(He's in sunnier climes so won't be able to let us know for a month or so!!!)

I'll try and twist Philip Tisdalls arm to come with me - I owe him a pint after his sterling efforts at Silverstone Finals (see Bob Bulls pix!) and he will be a +4 racer next year - as well!

Cheers

Just a thought - does CJL know who has won his trophy?

I will drop him a line if this has been over looked????

Jonathon - can you confirm either way please?

John,

to my shame I have no idea if/when/where he may have been told. Or, possibly more to the point, how do we get hold of him to let him know?

Gents,

fabulous to catch up en mass yesterday over a drink or two at the pub. New Years eve at Rushton Towers is about to get underway and I fear that this is the lull before the storm as some so-called friends descend on claire and I and eat us out of house and home and try to drink the house dry (it hasn't been done yet).

Wishing you all every success in 2009 and who knows possibly a raid to Le Mans and an entry to Goodwood might be in the offing for one of us!
