How do I? Hire a BIG caravan

Post by TonyLees »

Hi there,
I will need a LARGE caravan (to sleep 6) to move into whilst our kitchen (etc!) is being done.
Any suggestions?
Cheers, Tony

Does one deduce from that you sleep in your kitchen? Your overnight paddock arrangements begin to become clearer....

I was going to mention Barry too. There are some pointers here too. Mind you, given that your office space will be disrupted, this will be a business expense of course.

We hired such a static caravan when the last house was refurbished in the UK. It was from a specilaist hire company in Wales somehwre but buggered if I can remember the name. I'll try and look through the pics we have for a clue.

They delivered to site and collect. Minimu three months hire I think. You connect to electrics, water and sewer.

Tony,
surely, as I am sure you used Smallbone or Mark Wilkenson for your kitchen, they would have chucked in a caravan with the cost of the kitchen

( they did with mine :) )

A certain supplier mentioned above quote of £98,000 for a kitchen (I kid you not!) should have included a spare house!
Ta for info, will contact Barry and GSCH if he can't help.

Big caravans – don’t look at me - mine are very big ones and they don’t tow down the road
What about a big motor home - most of them will now be doing nothing and they are not selling either - so you might be able to get a good deal

We have a large house in the UK that is sitting empty at the moment - if you want to use the kitchen, feel free :)
