Constant velocity – one piston goes up the other down
And they have a problem with the supply of tyres – heard that one before!!!!!!!!!

Re: For Those Interested in Citroen 2CV Racing
“ I start this subject to provide an outlet for those people who have a penchant for racing these idiocyncratic French cars, particularly those beknighted individuals who partake of 24 hour events. “
I assumed the reference to ‘beknighted’ was to Sir Aubrey Brocklebank who used to race a Morgan SLR and has now ‘graduated’ to a 2CV
I note the team – Rick Bourne has raced an SLR, I think Jack Bellinger also has (?), so it seems Mary and Barry are lacking in the SLR qualification necessary to race a 2CV.
As for Delia Smith – I can’t repeat the comment son Neil makes when he sees her books in our house – as each book represents a penny or so spent on Norwich FC – a team which certain Ipswich supporters don’t like. (Personally I’m quite sorry for their plight)

Re: For Those Interested in Citroen 2CV Racing
I recall the joke that used to go the rounds about 2CV's, The don't need a serivce, but the dustmen empty them once a week!
I say, I say, if you had 2 CV's would you be able to apply for two jobs?
Private message to Mary Lindsay.
I am working on a few ideas to help promote the 24 Hour race, and would like to know of any drivers who may be of interest to local radio stations, can you help or should I go to the club?
Bob.
