I have had the Racetorations fast road engine in my TR4 engined Plus 4 rebuilt to full race specification.
It seems such a shame to discard all the engine internals when I believe they have done less than 400 miles!
The engine was built by Racetorations in 1988 as a fast road engine with approx. 120 BHP at the wheels with good power from 3000 - 6000 RPM and a flat curve. However as stated above I believe it has done under 400 miles since it was built.
I have a big box which contains amongst lesser items:
RCT 777 fast road camshaft
89mm pistons and matching con rods
Rocker shaft and rocker supports
Alloy Flywheel
Alloy water pump housing
Clutch cover, clutch plate
Crankshaft - machine, crack test, micropolish, nitride and balance
(Also available if required a steel crankshaft which has had the above done to it by Classic & Modern Engines.)
I would welcome offers on the above.
Also available the alloy fuel tank which is foam filled and the harness bar.
I will be at Bentley Drivers Club Silverstone if anyone wants more information or me to take anything there...
Cheers,
Mark

Re: Racetorations Fast Road TR4 engine internals for sale
Hallo Mark,
It was good to see you and your restored car during the celebration of 10 years MHR.
I think you have noted that there was a tent specially for selling "print work" and parts. Tim Marsh came with around 100kg parts. He left with around 20kg. So, it worked very well.
Next year we do it again during the celebration of 75 years MSCC. So, if you didn't sell your parts, please, come again to Malvern and bring the stuff with you.
All the very best, Machiel.
